CAPTURING Emotion

I make pictures of people. In moments. Unique and one-of-a-kind. I aim to trigger emotions. A feeling.

Miami is my home now after living 20 years abroad in both Sydney and London. I’ve been traveling the world for nearly 25 years and I’ve visited over 50 countries. It’s given me a unique perspective on all of the beauty that exists in our surroundings. The mundane turned into art.

My goal is to show all the strength, essence and soul of the subjects I work with. I’m fascinated with light, simple shapes and flow to help define a sense of will and defiance in my work. Natural outdoor shoots are my favorite. They force you to get creative with what you have available.

I work with a range of digital and film cameras, but my heart lies with film. Film personifies a special experience that can only be made once. It reflects the particularity of that moment.
